The Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) are a set of principles that offer guidance to companies on how to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, market and community. By joining the WEPs community, the CEO shows commitment to this program at the highest level of the company and works together with IT Girls to create and encourage business practices for women’s empowerment.
